Full-Stack Engineer (LVL II)

🗺 Location: Salt Lake City, Utah

Job Description:

We are looking for great full-stack developers who are proficient with React.js. Your primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known React.js workflows. You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is important. You will be responsible for developing the product alongside a growing internal engineering team based in SLC, in addition to collaborating with a contracted remote engineering team based in Chicago (through 2019), which will onboard you. This is a highly influential and impactful role that has room to grow into a more Senior position rather quickly.

Responsibilities:

» Developing new user-facing features using React.js
» Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
» Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code
» Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers

Skills:

» Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
» Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
» Experience with popular React.js workflows
» Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript
» Experience with data structure libraries
» Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus
» Familiarity with RESTful APIs
» Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
» Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
» Experience with common front-end development tools
» Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
» A knack for benchmarking and optimization
» Familiarity with code versioning tools

Operations

Customer Success Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking ambitious young professionals to join our operations team in SLC. Ideal candidates will be meticulously organized, accountable, easy going, and willing to wear different hats at times. Strong interpersonal skills is a must, and past experience with sales and/or customer support is a plus. At a high level the role involves executing on all customer success operations relevant to the strategic and business objectives at the company, and to meet the goals set forth by the management team.

Responsibilities:

» Running all aspects of Customer Success – new customer onboarding, account management, damage control, support, and facilitating inbound acquisition of new customers
» Assist in the development and continuous improvement of operations processes such as customer onboarding, support ticketing, call center, task management, and client / account management
» Assist with testing and evaluation of new product within our web-based application
» Carry out, on a day-to-day basis, operations policies, procedures and project deliverables, and work efficiently to ensure goals (calls, emails, conversions, etc.) are delivered/met
» Manage multiple projects at the same time while meeting all deadline and budget requirements
» Communicate protocol change orders as necessary to meet project / goal demands.

Skills:

» Excellent oral and written communication skills; energetic, well-spoken, think well on feet.
» BA/BS degree with experience in business operations and/or sales being a plus.
» Superb project management skills; ability to carry projects through to successful execution.
» Ability to adapt projects to changes in scope, requirements, and/or deadlines.
» Ability to establish credibility with business counterparts and senior leadership.
» Ability to work with various departments to ensure business goals are met.
» Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
» Must be able to work in, and fully support a team environment.
